Damla Sena Karakaya works as a Consultant in the Fraud Prevention, Investigation and Compliance Department at Cerebra.

Damla Sena Karakaya previously worked as a Research Associate at the headquarters of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in France, within the Anti-Corruption and Integrity in Government Division. During this period, she was part of the Public Integrity Indicators Team, where she conducted data mining and quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the calculation of Public Integrity Indicators for OECD member and partner countries. She also contributed to the drafting of the Anti-Corruption and Integrity Outlook and the Kazakhstan Integrity Review projects. Prior to this role, she served as a Financial Auditor at an international non-profit association based in Belgium, where she carried out financial, compliance, and performance audits.

Joining Cerebra in 2025, Damla Sena Karakaya has been involved in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation, Investigative Due Diligence, Digital Forensics, and E-Discovery processes.
