The session was moderated by Salih Aksu, Compliance Assurance Partner, and Derya Ilıca, Compliance Manager/Business Partner.

The discussion focused on the role of ethical culture in corporate sustainability, the dynamics of fraud risk, and the importance of effective whistleblowing mechanisms.

In his speech, Sebilcioğlu emphasized that ethical awareness has become a strategic element for companies seeking long-term trust and reputation. He highlighted the significance of Global Ethics Week as an opportunity to strengthen corporate ethics culture and shared insights on the ethics and compliance climate in Turkey. Sebilcioğlu  also discussed the concept of fraud from multiple perspectives, sharing insights into its underlying causes and the profile of typical perpetrators. In the final part of his talk, he underlined the critical role of prevention, detection, and whistleblowing systems in enhancing organizational resilience against fraud risks.
