Cerebra supported the 13th International Ethics Summit as a Gold Sponsor for the third consecutive year. The summit highlighted ethical leadership, trust, and corporate culture, while Fikret Sebilcioğlu hosted the fireside chat “Does Every Voice Find an Echo?” with Vanya Panayotova.

For the third consecutive year, Cerebra was proud to support the 13th International Ethics Summit, organized by the Ethics and Reputation Society (TEİD), as a Gold Sponsor. The summit provided a valuable opportunity to exchange experiences, share insights, and engage in meaningful discussions on ethical culture, trust, and the future of leadership.

Held on November 3, 2026, at Divan Kuruçeşme in Istanbul, under the theme “The New Horizon of Ethics and Compliance: From Crisis and Uncertainty to Trust,” the summit brought together business leaders, ethics and compliance professionals, and academics from Türkiye and around the world. Throughout the day, discussions focused on key topics shaping today’s business environment, including ethical leadership, corporate trust, artificial intelligence, compliance, and organizational culture.

Throughout the summit, we welcomed many participants to the Cerebra stand, where we exchanged experiences and perspectives. We also shared our “Fraud Perception in the Turkish Business Community 2026 Report”, conducted in collaboration with TEİD. Building on the positive response from last year, we continued our “Fraud Redflag Project” initiative. Participants selected cards that sparked engaging and thought-provoking conversations about ethical dilemmas and making the right decisions in business.

One of the summit’s engaging sessions was the fireside chat titled “Does Every Voice Find an Echo?”, moderated by Fikret Sebilcioğlu, Founder and CEO of Cerebra, with Vanya Panayotova, Country General Manager of L’Oréal Türkiye. The conversation explored the importance of consistency between leaders’ words and actions, staying true to ethical values during challenging times, and the lasting influence of leadership on organizational culture. At the heart of the discussion was a thought-provoking question: Will a leader’s voice continue to echo throughout the organization, even when they are no longer there?

At Cerebra, we were delighted to be part of this meaningful gathering, which contributes to strengthening ethical values in the business community and fostering a culture of trust within organizations.

We extend our sincere thanks to TEİD, the organizing team, speakers, sponsors, and all participants who contributed to the success of the summit.

We look forward to reconnecting, sharing new ideas, and continuing these inspiring conversations at the 14th International Ethics Summit next year!
